Collect the application, load list, PRP or ESP basis, frequency, voltage, phase, site limits, quantity, destination and requested date. The checklist and guided enquiry keep the same information together for supplier review.
Compare like-for-like quotations.
Compare the same power basis, engine, alternator, controller, enclosure and accessories. Separate ATS, packing, freight, taxes and service responsibilities. Confirm the quotation date and validity rather than treating a marketplace price as the final equipment cost.
Check the documents before confirming an order.
Match the specification, component list, photographs, nameplate details and warranty terms to the quoted configuration. Request noise and fuel-consumption conditions, dimensions, packing and testing scope where relevant. Email project files to sales@eygenpower.com.
