Prepare your generator configuration, destination postcode, packing and site access for an itemised equipment and delivery proposal.
Equipment and delivery planned together
Send us your destination country, postcode and site access details. We will discuss the generator and transport requirements together, with taxes, unloading, installation and other responsibilities clearly stated in the quotation.
Itemise the supply scope
List the generator, maintenance kit, optional ATS and extra spares separately. State freight, destination charges, import taxes, unloading, installation and service responsibilities in the written quotation. An EPOS listing price is the generator price only.
Packing and site access
Confirm packed dimensions, gross weight, lifting points, transport condition, postcode, access restrictions and unloading equipment before booking transport. A gallery image or bare-machine dimension is insufficient to confirm the shipping package.
Agree destination responsibilities
Identify who handles customs clearance, taxes, unloading, installation, commissioning and local repairs. Delivery to a site does not by itself include these services; the written quotation identifies any included work.
